Pricing questions
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify invoice. You choose and change the plan inside the app; Shopify bills it every 30 days or yearly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It stays in your store. After the paid period ends, bulk editing becomes view-only, CSV import is locked and the watermark returns. Existing automated rules keep working.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your store moves to the Free plan.
